SC Robotics will receive funding to continue developing its datasense portolio of products for the agrotech sector. During the execution of this project, SENSE Pro, an innovative system designed for the remote collection and transmission of agricultural data, will be developed. This system will be part of our growing datasense portfolio and it will allow farmers to gain valuable information about their facilities, which can be used in applications to save water, optimise pesticide use and improve traceability.

One of the outstanding features of SENSE Pro is its modularity, which allows it to adapt to a wide variety of clients and needs in a short period of time. This flexibility is key to delivering customized and efficient solutions.

In addition, SENSE Pro incorporates monitoring capabilities leveraging Edge Computing, which enables detection of intruders in agricultural fields. It is also integrated with a blockchain, ensuring the authenticity and traceability of the collected data. This state-of-the-art technology promises greater security in information management.

Finally, SC Robotics has placed a strong bet on the cybersecurity of SENSE Pro. Aware of the losses that many IoT solutions are causing in today’s market, particular emphasis has been placed on maintaining data integrity and preventing potential vulnerabilities.

The funding was granted by the Galician Innovation Agency or Axencia Galega de Innovación (GAIN), as part of the 2023 edition of Recuperación Excelencia Neotec program, a sum of 325.000€. During 24 months, SC Robotics will focus on building a product that can be a modular and highly secure system, designed to improve efficiency and productivity in the agricultural sector.
